Our clinic is led by Steve Borak, an experienced nurse practitioner with a focus on family healthcare. Steve is passionate about providing an alternative option to traditional clinic care — one that puts the patient first, keeps costs transparent, and treats every person with respect and dignity.
Before opening the Payson Walk-In Clinic, he served our area at the Tonto-Apache Clinic for 3 years, providing essential healthcare services to the community. Before that, Steve served as a US Marshal for 25 years, bringing discipline, dedication, and a strong sense of duty to everything he does.
He is dedicated to offering quality, direct-from-provider care to every patient. When you visit Payson Walk-In Clinic, you will be seen by Steve personally — not shuffled between assistants or made to wait weeks for an appointment.

Our Clinic
Located on Historic Main Street in Payson, Arizona, we are ideally located in a beautiful log building with a rich history, just like our vibrant community.
From Phoenix, take Hwy 87 and turn left on Main Street. From Pine or Star Valley, take Hwy 260 and turn right on Main. We are here Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Drop in — no appointment is needed.
